Nickel crucibles are high-temperature resistant containers made from high-purity nickel (Ni≥99.5%) through deep drawing, welding, precision machining, and heat treatment. Their core advantages are extremely strong alkali resistance, excellent thermal stability, and mechanical strength. They are key high-temperature vessels in the fields of chemical analysis, metallurgical smelting, and new material synthesis.

II. Product Features

Super Alkali Resistance: Highly stable against strong alkaline fluxes such as NaOH, KOH, Na₂O₂, and Na₂CO₃, making it the preferred container for alkali-melted samples.

High Temperature Resistance and Deformation Resistance: Low high-temperature creep rate, resistant to deformation and cracking under long-term heating, resulting in a long service life.

Dense and durable structure: Mostly integrally stretched, with uniform wall thickness, no sand holes, good airtightness, and high strength.

Easy to clean and reusable: Smooth surface, easy to clean after experiments, and can be reused multiple times.

Usage restrictions: Not resistant to strong acids (especially oxidizing acids), sulfur-containing substances, or borax.
Do not melt Al, Zn, Pb, Sn, or other metal salts (may cause crucible brittleness).
Do not use for strong oxidizing calcination of precipitates.

V. Usage and Maintenance Points

New Crucible Pretreatment: Ignite at 600℃ in a muffle furnace until blue-purple → Boil in dilute hydrochloric acid → Rinse with pure water

Temperature Control: Do not exceed 700℃ in a strong oxidizing atmosphere; avoid rapid temperature changes.

Cleaning: After experiments, boil in dilute acid (1:20 HCl) for cleaning; do not scrape the inner wall with hard objects.
