Definition and Process
Definition: A ring forging made from pure nickel (N2/N4/N6) or nickel-based alloys (Monel/Inconel/Incoloy/Hastelloy) through vacuum melting → forging → ring rolling → heat treatment → finish machining. It features complete metal flow lines, a dense microstructure, and is free of defects.
Standards: Complies with GB/T 26030, NB/T 47028, ASTM B564/ASME SB564.

II. Main Application Areas
1. Chlor-alkali Chemical Industry (Pure Nickel N6/N201): Electrolytic cell cathodes, evaporator tube sheets, alkali pump sealing rings, agitator bushings; resistant to **30% NaOH, 100℃** conditions, and stress corrosion.
2. Petrochemical Industry (Inconel 625/825, Hastelloy C-276): Hydrogenation reactors, reformer tubes, high-temperature valves/pump bodies, flue gas desulfurization spray rings; resistant to hydrogen sulfide, chloride ions, and high-temperature sulfur corrosion.
3. Aerospace (GH4169/718, Inconel 601): Aero-engine turbine disks, combustion chamber rings, sealing rings; rocket engine nozzles, casing flanges; **600–800℃** high-strength oxidation resistance.
4. Energy and Power (Inconel 600/625, Incoloy 800H): Nuclear reactor pressure vessel flanges, control rod guide rings; supercritical boiler superheater/reheater tube sheets; gas turbine combustion chamber/turbine rings; high temperature and high pressure, creep resistance.
5. Marine Engineering (Monel 400, Inconel 625): High-pressure rings for seawater desalination equipment, subsea pipeline flanges, deep-sea drilling platform seals, marine pump wear rings; resistant to seawater/chloride ion corrosion, anti-marine organism adhesion.
6. Electronics and Electrical (Pure Nickel N4/N201): Vacuum device shielding rings, battery tabs, high-reliability connectors, radio frequency devices; low magnetic field, high conductivity, good vacuum sealing performance.
