Nickel forgings, precision machined ring parts

Nickel discs (or nickel forged discs) are generally made of pure nickel, nickel-copper alloys, nickel-chromium alloys, or nickel-based high-temperature alloys through forging, heat treatment, and turning. They are flat, round, solid forgings.

Main Features:
Dense microstructure, free of porosity and air bubbles, with mechanical properties superior to castings.
High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and stress corrosion resistance.
High dimensional accuracy, smooth surface, suitable for direct subsequent machining.
Solution treatment and aging treatment can be performed upon request.
