Nickel-titanium shape memory alloy wire, also known as nickel-titanium wire, memory wire, or superelastic wire, is a functional alloy with nickel (Ni) and titanium (Ti) as its main components. 2. Core Performance
Shape Memory Effect
Can be deformed arbitrarily at low temperatures, and automatically recovers its original shape after being heated to the phase transformation temperature.

Superelastic (Pseudoelastic): Can be stretched/bent at room temperature by **4%～10%**, immediately rebounding after the external force is removed, without permanent deformation.

Other Properties: Corrosion resistance superior to stainless steel; Good biocompatibility (implantable in the human body); High damping, wear-resistant, fatigue-resistant; Stable resistivity, suitable for temperature control elements.
