Product Description

Tantalum plates are rare metal plates with high corrosion resistance and high melting point, made from high-purity tantalum metal through vacuum melting, forging, rolling, heat treatment and precision machining. They have excellent chemical stability, high-temperature mechanical properties and processing performance, and are widely used in chemical corrosion protection, electronic semiconductors, aerospace, medical and vacuum industries.

Corrosion Resistance: Almost does not react with hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, or alkaline solutions at room temperature; corrosion resistance is close to that of platinum.

High-Temperature Strength: Excellent high-temperature creep resistance; tantalum-tungsten alloys, in particular, can serve in high-temperature environments for extended periods.

Processability: Can be rolled, stamped, bent, and welded; good formability.

Electrical and Thermal Conductivity: Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity; non-magnetic; suitable for electronic and vacuum devices.
