I. Product Overview

The 0.02mm stampable titanium foil is an ultra-thin metal strip produced using a high-precision multi-roll cold rolling mill combined with a specialized vacuum annealing process (to achieve a soft microstructure with fine grains). It not only retains the inherent excellent properties of titanium but also offers outstanding ductility for stamping, thereby meeting the demands of high-end manufacturing as modern industry moves toward lightweight, miniaturized, and integrated designs.

 What is pure titanium?

Pure titanium exhibits extremely high corrosion resistance in most media, especially in neutral, oxidizing, and seawater media. Its corrosion resistance in seawater is higher than that of aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys; and its surface remains unchanged even after several years in industrial, agricultural, and marine environments.
