I. Product Introduction The titanium alloy long high-neck flange for pressure vessels is a long high-neck welding flange manufactured according to national/American standards for pressure vessel flanges. It is made of pure titanium or titanium alloy forgings through integral forging, CNC precision machining, and non-destructive testing. It is specifically designed for use with various titanium pressure vessels, reactors, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and towers.
1. Structural Features
It adopts an extended tapered high-neck structure, with a long neck, smooth transition, high rigidity, and strong resistance to deformation; It is butt-welded to the pressure vessel shell and head, resulting in uniform stress distribution and minimal stress concentration; Sealing surfaces are optional: convex face RF, concave-convex face MFM, tongue and groove face TG, and ring joint face RTJ, suitable for high pressure, high temperature, and strong corrosion sealing; It is integrally forged without splicing, meeting the pressure vessel requirements for pressure bearing, airtightness, flaw detection, and safety compliance; Specifications cover: DN50~DN2000, pressure ratings PN10~PN160, Class150~Class2500.

II. Main Application Areas
