I. Product Introduction

0.5mm titanium alloy sheet is a high-quality metal sheet with extremely thin thickness, combining high strength and lightweight properties, and is precision manufactured through cold rolling. Because its thickness is at the boundary between thin sheet and precision foil, it not only retains the core physical and chemical advantages of titanium alloy, but also has excellent formability and micro-machining performance.

Core Properties: With a density of approximately $4.5 g/cm³, it possesses extremely high specific strength (strength to weight ratio), excellent tensile strength, and outstanding resistance to high temperatures, fatigue, and strong acid and alkali corrosion.

Appearance and Condition: Primarily delivered with a cold-rolled bright finish or pickled finish. It has small thickness tolerances, high surface flatness, and facilitates laser cutting, stamping, or welding.
