Pure titanium seamless tube

Seamless titanium tubes are seamless metal pipes made from industrial pure titanium (TA1 and TA2, corresponding to GR1 and GR2 in American standards) through hot extrusion, cold rolling, and cold drawing processes. They feature a smooth surface, dense structure, high dimensional accuracy, and no weld defects, making them a core material for corrosion-resistant and lightweight chemical applications.

II. Main performance characteristics

Excellent corrosion resistance
Resistant to seawater, chloride ions, organic acids, dilute acids and alkalis, and wet chlorine gas corrosion. Extremely stable in oxidizing and neutral media, with a service life far exceeding that of stainless steel. Low density and moderate strength: With a density of only about 4.51 g/cm³, it has a high specific strength, facilitating installation and reducing equipment weight.

Excellent heat and low temperature resistance: It can be used continuously at temperatures ranging from -250℃ to 300℃, without oxidation at high temperatures or brittleness at low temperatures.

Non-magnetic and biocompatible: It is non-magnetic, harmless to humans, and suitable for medical and marine environments.

Excellent welding and processing performance: It is easy to weld, bend, flare, and flange, making it suitable for equipment manufacturing and on-site installation.
