2. Key Physical and Chemical Parameters
Melting Point: 1852℃, ≤900℃ in normal air use, up to 1200℃+ in inert atmosphere;
Density: 6.51g/cm³, low thermal expansion, resistant to thermal shock, not easily cracked;
Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to strong alkalis, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid, and various alkaline fluxes far superior to nickel crucibles; not resistant to hydrofluoric acid (HF) and fluoride molten salts;
Forming: Seamless spinning integral forming, polished inner wall; Specifications: Laboratory 5~100mL, industrial non-standard 100~5000mL, with matching zirconium crucible lid.
3. Product Advantages: Alkali melting can replace platinum crucibles, costing only 1/8 to 1/10 of platinum crucibles, with no heavy metal impurities precipitated, and no contamination of sample testing data; High-temperature sodium peroxide melting is less prone to oxidation and scaling, and compared to nickel crucibles, it has a higher upper temperature limit and longer lifespan; Excellent inertness, it does not chemically react with molten titanium, zirconium, or precious metals.
