I. Product Overview
The 30ml heat-treated zirconium crucible is a high-performance laboratory refractory vessel designed for extreme high-temperature applications, heat treatment, sample sintering, and advanced chemical analysis.
With a 30ml capacity—a standard medium size for laboratory use—it is ideally suited for small-batch sample melting, solid-state synthesis, material pretreatment, and thermal analysis in scientific research, university laboratories, and industrial R&D. During production, the crucible undergoes rigorous high-temperature heat treatment and stabilization processes (incorporating stabilizers such as yttrium oxide or calcium oxide). This effectively eliminates the drastic volume changes typically caused by crystalline phase transitions in pure zirconium oxide at high temperatures, thereby ensuring the crucible's structural stability during demanding thermal cycling.
