1. Vacuum induction furnace smelting: weigh the raw materials of high-purity rolled and high-purity zirconium, perform block pretreatment, obtain rolled and zirconium blocks, place them in a vacuum induction furnace for smelting, and then alloy smelting to obtain alloy casting liquid after the raw materials are completely melted;
2. Casting: Cast the alloy casting liquid in step 1 into a cylindrical billet or a rectangular billet, and take it out of the furnace after the vacuum induction furnace is cooled to 200°C to obtain an ingot;
3. Forging: Smooth the surface of the ingot obtained in step 2, and roughen it in parallel with the casting direction to obtain a slab;
4. Hot rolling: Cut off the ingot in step 3 with wire cutting or sawing machine The cracked edges of the obtained slab are removed, and the surface oxide scale is polished clean with a grinder. Tempering is performed during rolling, and the tempering temperature is 450-500℃. After rolling, annealing is performed, and the annealing temperature is 450-500℃ to obtain a rolled zirconium alloy plate;
5. Cold rolling: After the rolled zirconium alloy annealed in step 4 is processed into the required width size, cold rolling is performed to obtain a rolled zirconium alloy foil that has been cold rolled. During the cold rolling process, the pass processing rate gradually decreases, and the timing of stress relief annealing is determined according to the slag falling condition of the plate surface;
6. Leveling annealing: The rolled zirconium alloy foil that has been cold rolled is leveled and annealed under vacuum conditions.
