Product Description

Zirconium alloy foil is an ultra-thin, precision strip metal foil made from pure zirconium, zirconium-niobium alloys, and Zr-2/Zr-4 nuclear-grade alloys through vacuum melting, hot rolling, multi-pass cold rolling, vacuum annealing, and finishing slitting.

Commonly used grades: Zr702 (R60702), Zr705 (R60705), Zr-2, Zr-4, Zr-1Nb.

It possesses characteristics such as extremely strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, low neutron absorption cross-section, excellent biocompatibility, high temperature resistance, easy welding, and good plasticity. It is extremely thin, has a smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, and can be stamped, etched, and composite formed.
