Product Overview

Material Grade: R60001 (corresponding to the UNS standard). This is a nuclear-grade alloy representing the highest purity and strictest control standards for zirconium; its key technical feature is an ultra-low hafnium (Hf) content (typically required to be $\le 0.01\%$ or below 100 ppm). This is critical because, while hafnium and zirconium are highly co-occurrent in nature and share extremely similar chemical properties, their nuclear-physical characteristics are diametrically opposed.
Specifications: Thickness of 0.05 mm (50 microns), classifying it as ultra-thin foil. Producing such ultra-thin foil places extremely high technical demands on manufacturing processes, including vacuum melting, multi-pass high-precision cold rolling, and precise annealing control.
