0.03mm zirconium foil is an ultra-thin metal foil produced from high-purity zirconium sponge (such as UNS R60702, R60705, or pure zirconium) through precision cold rolling, annealing, and surface treatment. With a thickness of only 0.03 mm (30 microns), it combines the unique physical and chemical properties of zirconium with the high flexibility and processability characteristic of ultra-thin foils.

Excellent corrosion resistance: It exhibits exceptional chemical stability against various strong acids (such as hydrochloric, nitric, and organic acids), strong alkalis, and chloride solutions across a wide temperature range (from ambient to high temperatures), rapidly forming a dense, protective oxide film on its surface.
Good ductility and processability: Despite its minimal thickness, the material possesses excellent plasticity, making it suitable for precision processing operations such as stamping, shearing, forming, and ultrasonic welding.
High melting point and thermal stability: Zirconium has a melting point as high as 1852°C, maintaining good structural strength and dimensional stability in high-temperature or vacuum environments.
Low thermal neutron absorption cross-section: High-purity zirconium has an extremely low neutron absorption cross-section, making it naturally well-suited for nuclear energy applications and specialized radiation environments.
