1. Material and Purity
The main body is made of N200/N201 high-purity nickel, rolled and stretched in one piece, with a nickel content ≥99.5%~99.96%, low impurity content, and using Jinchuan electrolytic nickel raw materials commonly used in national standards.
2. Physicochemical Parameters
Ni melting point: 1455℃, conventional melting temperature ≤700℃ (exceeding this temperature can easily cause oxidation and scaling);
Density: 8.9g/cm³, excellent thermal conductivity, good mechanical toughness, and not prone to cracking or deformation;
Core advantages: Excellent resistance to strong alkali corrosion, with resistance to molten alkali corrosion far superior to porcelain, corundum, and graphite crucibles; not resistant to strong acids and sulfide corrosion.

II. Main Applications
(I) Laboratory Chemical Analysis (Core Application)
Alkaline Flux Sample Melting
Suitable for melting in alkaline systems such as NaOH, sodium peroxide (Na₂O₂), sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate + potassium nitrate. A standard tool for pretreatment of ores, soils, refractory materials, and silicate samples:
Ores: Iron ore, non-ferrous metal ores, rare earth ores (melting and melting);
Building Materials: Clay, refractory bricks, cement, ceramic raw material melting and analysis.
Sample Alkaline Melting Decomposition: Pretreatment for geological exploration, environmental monitoring, and elemental analysis in third-party physicochemical laboratories.
(II) Metallurgical Industry
Pretreatment of raw materials for ferroalloy and non-ferrous metal hydrometallurgical processes;
Small-scale melting of precious metals (gold, silver), and fire assays in mineral processing;
Small-scale melting of alloy formulations, and high-temperature reaction vessels for the research and development of new metallic materials.
(III) New Materials and Lithium Battery/Chemical Industry: Lithium battery cathode precursors, high-temperature synthesis of basic salts, calcination of inorganic powders; high-temperature reactions in strong alkaline environments for fine chemicals, molten preparation of inorganic salts; high-temperature solid-state synthesis experiments of superconducting materials and oxide ceramics.
(IV) Industrial and Mining Quality Inspection: Routine physicochemical testing in cement plants, refractory plants, and mining laboratories; alkaline digestion of batch samples.
