1. Material and Grade

Zr702 (R60702): Industrial pure zirconium (≥99.2%), with the best corrosion resistance, the most commonly used.

Zr705 (R60705): Zirconium-niobium alloy (containing 2.5% Nb), with higher strength, high temperature resistance, and creep resistance.

Characteristics:
Melting point 1855℃, stable at high temperatures, does not soften.

Extremely strong corrosion resistance: Resistant to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong alkalis, and seawater.

Low neutron absorption: Preferred for the nuclear industry.

Density 6.51g/cm³, lighter than steel, heavier than titanium.

2. Non-standard Customization Range

Specifications: M2–M120, length 3–200mm.

Structure: Hex head, cylindrical head, countersunk head, double-ended studs, U-bolts, special shapes.

Threads: Metric (ISO), Imperial (UNC/UNF), fine thread, non-standard pitch.

Surface Finish: Turned, ground, polished, unplated.
