I. Product Introduction Nickel-titanium memory sheets are thin sheet/plate memory alloys made primarily of nickel and titanium through melting, rolling, and heat treatment. They possess four core characteristics: shape memory effect, superelasticity, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and good biocompatibility.

At a set phase transition temperature, after deformation, they can automatically recover their preset original shape upon temperature triggering. At room temperature, they exhibit superelasticity far exceeding that of stainless steel, allowing for repeated bending without fatigue. They are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, non-magnetic, and suitable for medical-grade implantation in the human body, while industrial-grade products can withstand long-term, repeated use.

Common thicknesses: 0.05mm～3.0mm. They can be made into thin sheets, thin sheet stampings, irregularly shaped memory springs, and temperature-controlled sensors. Common grades include TiNi01 (superelastic), TiNi02 (memory type), and TiNi03 (high-temperature type). Custom phase transition temperatures are also available.
