TC4 titanium foil is an ultra-thin titanium alloy strip/coil made from Ti-6Al-4V (6% aluminum + 4% vanadium) alloy through multiple cold rolling and vacuum annealing. It belongs to α+β dual-phase titanium alloy and is the most widely used and mature titanium foil category in industry.

Composition: Ti-6Al-4V (Al: 5.5–6.75%, V: 3.5–4.5%)
Density: 4.43–4.51 g/cm³ (approximately 60% of steel)
Mechanical properties (annealed): Tensile strength **≥895 MPa**, Yield strength **≥825 MPa**, Elongation **≥10%**
Thickness: 0.01–0.5 mm (commonly 0.05/0.1/0.2/0.3 mm)
Width: 10–600 mm; Surface finish: Cold rolled bright / Sandblasted / Blackened
Temperature resistance: **-196℃～500℃** Stable service capability
