I. Industrial Pure Titanium (TA/GR, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, easy to process)

National Standard (GB/T3620)

• TA1 (GR1): Ti≥99.9%; Low strength, excellent plasticity; Rivets, small screws, non-load-bearing parts, chemical corrosion protection

• TA2 (GR2): Ti≥99.8%; most commonly used pure titanium standard parts; moderate strength, good corrosion resistance; general-purpose bolts, nuts, flanges, seawater/chemical applications.

• TA3 (GR3): Ti≥99.7%; higher strength, slightly lower plasticity; general load-bearing capacity, wear-resistant structural parts.

• TA9 (GR7, Ti-0.2Pd), TA10 (GR12, Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni): strong corrosion resistance; fasteners for strong acid/seawater/chloride ion environments and chemical equipment.

II. α+β Titanium Alloys (TC/GR, high strength, heat resistance, mainstream)

National Standard (GB/T3620)

• TC4 (GR5, Ti-6Al-4V): absolute mainstream; tensile strength 895–1030MPa; aerospace/medical/automotive/high-end equipment; full coverage of bolts/studs/nuts.

• TC4 ELI (GR23): Ultra-low clearance (lower C/N/O); medical implants, human implants, high-end medical standard parts
