Product Introduction: Titanium is a new type of metal. Its properties are related to the content of impurities such as carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen. It has low strength and high plasticity. Due to its stable chemical properties, good high and low temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance, high strength, and low density, it is known as the "space metal."

Six Key Characteristics of Titanium Products:
1. Healthy and Environmentally Friendly Metal: Titanium contains no harmful heavy metals, is non-toxic, and has excellent compatibility with human tissues and blood, making it widely used in the medical field to manufacture various implantable organs and body parts. Titanium is a non-magnetic metal and will not be magnetized in a strong magnetic field.
2. Lightweight: Titanium has a density of 4.51 g/m³, higher than aluminum but lower than steel. While not the hardest heavy metal, titanium has the highest specific strength of all metals; a volume of titanium is 40% lighter than steel. 3. Corrosion Resistance: Titanium is stable in many media. Strong acids, strong alkalis, and even aqua regia, known as the "king of chemicals," cannot corrode it. Titanium can be placed in the deep sea for 100 years without rusting because a very thin, dense, and strong oxide film forms on its surface in air or oxygen-containing media, protecting it from corrosion. Even after wear, it quickly self-heals or regenerates, hence titanium is also known as a "smart metal."
4. Resistance to Extreme Cold and Temperature: Titanium has a melting point of 1668℃. Titanium alloys can be used for extended periods at 500℃ without fatigue. Titanium's strength increases as temperature decreases, but its plasticity remains relatively stable. Even in extremely cold environments like -259℃, it maintains good ductility and toughness, avoiding the cold brittleness of different metals, making it an ideal material for low-temperature equipment. 5. Higher Hardness Than Steel
Titanium's high tensile and yield strength means it is less prone to deformation under pressure and tension after forming. Titanium materials of the same volume have higher strength than other metals. Due to the large ratio of titanium's yield strength to its elastic modulus, its springback ability during forming is excellent.
6. Good Heat Transfer Performance
Although titanium's thermal conductivity is lower than steel and copper, its excellent corrosion resistance allows for significantly thinner walls in titanium products. Furthermore, the surface heat exchange with steam is via droplet condensation, reducing thermal resistance. The lack of scaling on the titanium surface further reduces thermal resistance, significantly improving its heat transfer performance.
Quality Control and Testing
Each sheet undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment:
Dimensional Inspection: Precise measurement of thickness, length, and width
Chemical Composition and Mechanical Property Analysis: Third-party testing report
Surface Inspection: Visual and microscopic inspection for defects
Ultrasonic Testing: Detection of internal defects in the product
