It is used in high-tech fields such as aviation and aerospace, and has been continuously promoted to chemical, petroleum, electric power, seawater desalination, construction, daily necessities and other industries. Gr7 Ti-0.2pd titanium plate process is hot forging - hot rolling - annealing and straightening - turning (polishing) - polishing - flat head - inspection - packaging.

Technical requirements

A. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1, and when repeated tests are required, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2. TA10 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni)

B. The diameter or side length of the hot-worked bar and its allowable deviation should comply with the corresponding regulations.

C. After hot processing, the bar is turned (ground) and cold-rolled, and the allowable deviation of the diameter of the cold-drawn bar should meet the industry regulations.

D. The out-of-roundness of the bar that has been turned (ground) after hot processing should not be greater than half of its dimensional tolerance.
