Characteristics and specifications of Gr9 titanium alloy pipe

The nominal composition of GR9 is Ti-3Al-2.5V and the international name is TA18, commonly known as semi-TC4 alloy

The tensile strength is generally about 600Pa, which is a medium-strength titanium alloy tube.

It has higher strength than pure titanium tube and lower price than TC4 titanium alloy tube. The GR9 titanium alloy tube will not break, will not rust, and will not corrode in any atmospheric environment. It is so resistant to corrosion that it does not even need any painting treatment. We just lightly rub the surface to bring out its natural color. Moreover, Gr9 material can be formed at room temperature and has good welding performance, and its welding performance and cold forming performance are better than TC4 alloy.
