Pure Zirconium Crucible (Industrial Pure Zirconium Zr ≥ 99%)
Product Introduction
Material: Manufactured using industrial pure zirconium Zr1, Zr2 (Chinese national standard) or R60702 (Zr702, American standard).
Purity: 99.0% ~ 99.95%, high-end products can reach 99.97%.
Core Performance:
High Melting Point: 1852℃, normal safe operating temperature <1600℃.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Forms a dense oxide film on the surface, resistant to most acids, alkalis, and molten metal corrosion.
Chemical Inertness: Does not react with reactive metals such as titanium, tantalum, niobium, and rare earth elements at high temperatures, ensuring high material purity.
Thermal Shock Resistance: Low coefficient of thermal expansion, resists sudden temperature changes, and is not prone to cracking.
II. Nuclear-Grade Zirconium Crucible (Nuclear-Grade Zirconium Alloy)
Product Introduction
Material: Special nuclear-grade zirconium alloy (mainly Zr-4 alloy, Zircaloy-2, M5, etc.), strictly adhering to nuclear power standards (such as ASTM R60804).
Core Characteristics (Distinguishing from Pure Zirconium):
Extremely Low Neutron Absorption Cross Section: Does not interfere with nuclear reactions, a key characteristic in the nuclear industry.
Ultra-Purity Control: Impurities (especially neutron absorbers such as Hf, B, and Cd) <50ppm.
High-Temperature Water/Steam Corrosion Resistance: Optimized for the high-temperature, high-pressure water environment of reactors.
Radiation Stability: Structurally stable and non-embrittled under long-term irradiation.
