Zirconium alloy wire is a wire-shaped metallic material made from metallic zirconium as the matrix, with the addition of alloying elements such as tin, niobium, iron, and chromium. It is produced through precision processes including smelting, forging, hot rolling, multi-pass cold drawing, and vacuum annealing. It possesses core properties such as excellent corrosion resistance, low neutron absorption cross-section, good biocompatibility, and medium-to-high temperature strength, making it a key functional material for high-end industries such as chemical, nuclear power, medical, and electronics
