2. The oxidizing loss of alloying element will be cut down in large amount and the oxidation slag inclusion in the fusant will be cut off sharply.

3. The fusant doesn't need covering flux and flux addition, not vulnerable to contamination.

4. Improve the performance of metal alloy with an increase of 80% for impact ductility, 30% respectively for long-time strength and extensibility, and 50% for reduction of cross section area.
