I. Product Introduction
Tantalum crucibles are high-temperature and corrosion-resistant containers made from tantalum (Ta) as the base material, through forging, spinning, stamping, welding, or machining.
Material: Primarily high-purity tantalum Ta1 and Ta2, with Ta-2.5W and Ta-10W tantalum-tungsten alloys used in some high-temperature applications.
Purity: Industrial grade ≥99.9%, high-purity grade ≥99.95% and 99.99%
Appearance: Silver-gray metallic luster, dense and non-porous
Forming Method: Seamless spinning, welding, integral machining
Temperature Resistance: Melting point 2996℃, long-term operating temperature can reach over 2000℃
Characteristics: Resistant to strong acids and alkalis, good high-temperature stability, low vapor pressure, does not wet most molten metals, extremely strong chemical stability

Do not contact with hydrofluoric acid, fluorides, or high-temperature strong alkalis.
Avoid prolonged use at high temperatures in sulfur or halogen atmospheres.
Best results are achieved under vacuum or inert atmospheres.
Avoid sudden cooling or heating to prevent cracking and deformation.
