Pure Titanium: TA1 (Gr1), TA2 (Gr2) (high plasticity, easy to weave)

Titanium Alloy: TC4 (Gr5/Ti-6Al-4V), TC4ELI medical grade, nickel-titanium shape memory alloy (nickel-titanium alloy) (high strength/super elasticity);

Standards: National Standard GB/T3623, American Standard ASTM B863 (industrial), ASTM F67/F136 (medical implant);

Surface Finish: Bright brushed, acid-washed matte, annealed black finish, medical grade mirror polish Ra≤0.2μm.

2. Core Physical and Chemical Properties

Corrosion Resistance: Forms a dense oxide film at room temperature, resisting seawater, acids, alkalis, and chloride ion corrosion, far superior to stainless steel and iron wire;

Mechanical Properties: Pure titanium has a tensile strength of 240~450MPa and an elongation of ≥25%; TC4 alloy has a tensile strength of 860~1100MPa and an elongation of ≥10%, with excellent toughness, allowing for ultra-fine weaving and bending without breakage;

Lightweight: Density 4.51g/cm³, only 60% the weight of steel; non-magnetic, low thermal expansion, and biologically non-toxic (a core advantage for medical applications);

Processing: Manufactured using ultra-fine cold drawing technology, it can be woven, spot-welded, fusion-welded, coiled, and precision wound.
