Product Description

The mainstream material for laboratory-grade pure zirconium crucibles is American Standard Zr702 (UNS R60702), an industrial-grade pure zirconium with high purity and few impurities, belonging to the category of metallic zirconium crucibles.

Key Features:
**High Temperature Resistance:** Melting point approximately 1852℃, under vacuum/argon inert atmosphere:
Long-term stable operation at ≤1600℃, short-term up to approximately 1700℃ without softening or deformation.
**Extremely Strong Chemical Stability:** Does not react with titanium, nickel, niobium, tantalum, rare earth elements, or many high-temperature alloy melts;
Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, non-stick, and does not contaminate experimental samples, suitable for high-purity experiments.
**Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance:** Low coefficient of thermal expansion, less prone to cracking under rapid heating and cooling, with a service life far exceeding that of corundum and quartz crucibles.
**Dense, Non-Porous Material:** Mostly seamless spun/welded, with smooth inner walls, easy to clean and residue-free, suitable for micro-volume and precision experiments.
**Usage Atmosphere Restrictions:** Can only be used in vacuum, argon, or inert atmospheres; In oxygen-rich air environments exceeding 500℃, rapid oxidation, peeling, and embrittlement will occur; high-temperature air use is strictly prohibited.
