Zirconium Metal Crucible (High Purity Zr, 99%+)
Melting Point: 1852℃, Long-term Safe Use ≤1600℃
Chemical Properties: Extremely strong chemical inertness, almost no reaction with active/rare metal melts such as Ti, Ta, Nb, Zr, and U.
Resistant to most acids and alkalis, and resistant to molten metal wetting (non-stick, non-contaminating).
Thermal Properties: Low thermal conductivity, small coefficient of expansion → excellent thermal shock resistance (not easily cracked by rapid heating and cooling).
Mechanical Properties: High strength, good toughness, erosion resistance, and long service life (approximately 3 times that of graphite crucibles).
Purity: Impurities at the ppm level, suitable for ultra-high purity materials (aerospace titanium alloys, nuclear materials).
