I. Product Overview
Material Standard: Manufactured from high-purity zirconium (UNS R60001 grade; industrial/nuclear grade with Zr + Hf ≥ 99.5% and extremely low impurity levels). The R60001 standard ensures material density and minimal elemental background interference (with particularly strict controls on impurities such as hafnium and iron).
Capacity: 35 mL—a standard, mid-range analytical capacity for laboratory use. Featuring a uniform diameter from top to bottom and vertical walls, it is ideal for deep-fusion processes or experiments requiring the containment of larger liquid volumes.
Design: Straight-wall design. Compared to tapered "low-form" crucibles, straight-wall crucibles offer uniform heating and a consistent diameter; they minimize sample loss due to adhesion during pouring and facilitate mechanical handling or use with automated fusion machines.
