1. Material Standards
The laboratory-grade pure zirconium crucible uses ZR702 high-purity metallic zirconium, with a zirconium content ≥99.2%~99.95% (99.9% ultra-high purity is preferred for laboratory use), hafnium impurities ≤4.5%, and low oxygen internal control.
Melting point: 1852℃, normal operating temperature ≤1600℃, short-term vacuum temperature up to 1750℃;
Density: 6.51g/cm³, low coefficient of thermal expansion, resistant to rapid heating and cooling, and resistant to thermal shock cracking;
Core characteristics: Resistant to hydrofluoric acid, concentrated strong alkalis, molten alkali salts, and various strong acid corrosion; does not react with rare earth, precious metals, or active metal melts at room temperature/high temperature; no element precipitation or sample contamination; non-magnetic, suitable for magnetic field environment testing.
